Fluke Instrument Repair & Calibration

We wish to inform you of an important decision that will impact the service offerings of PLUS ES’s Measurement Services Calibration Laboratory. After careful consideration and evaluation of our business strategy, we have decided to cease providing external calibration and repair work effective 30 June 2024.

This decision was not made lightly, but it will enable us to focus our efforts on core areas of our business. We understand this may come as a surprise, and we want to reassure you that we are fully committed to facilitating a smooth transition for our customers.

Please note as of 13 May 2024 we have ceased quoting new work. If you currently have any ongoing calibration work with us or have accepted a quotation within the quote validity period (i.e. 30 days from issue date), rest assured that we will honour our commitment to provide this service. To achieve this, please ensure all quoted and accepted jobs are received by our facility within the quote validity period.

Unfortunately, any jobs received outside of that timeframe are unable to be accepted. We stand by the quality of our work and provide our reassurance that our 90 day workmanship warranty shall continue to apply on all work conducted by the Measurement Services Calibration Laboratory, regardless of this change.
